After being subjected to the intimate details of endless celebrity marriages and divorces, it is safe to say that little shocks the American public these days. However, after 'Cheers' and 'Frasier' star Kelsey Grammer turned up in the tabloids with a pregnant girlfriend just weeks after his wife, Camille Donatacci, filed for divorce, he was the subject of some very heated public backlash. Both Grammer, 55, and Donatacci, 42, have attempted to fast-track their California divorce, and it appears that they may have reached a settlement.

The couple's 14-year marriage ended in July when Donatacci, who is one of the stars of reality television show 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills', filed for divorce. A few weeks later, Grammer appeared to be in a relationship with 29-year-old Kayte Walsh, who was reportedly pregnant (she has since suffered a miscarriage). Grammer and Walsh, who deny starting their relationship before the divorce was filed, got engaged in November amidst reports that the British Walsh needed a visa to remain in the United States, which the couple has denied.

Because there was no prenuptial agreement between Grammer and Donatacci, there were wild speculations about the amounts that Donatacci, who is a partner in Grammer's television company, could receive as part of a property settlement. It is reported that Donatacci rejected an offer for $30 million because it did not include alimony or child support for the couple's two children, who are nine and six. A later offer for $50 million, including spousal and child support, was accepted, according to an unnamed source.

In a statement, Donatacci described the events of her divorce and her current feelings regarding her soon-to-be-ex-husband. "I respect him as a person," she said. "I don't respect how he handled the affair and the divorce and how things went down."
